IT Service Delivery Manager

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Services Manager to join a successful, progressive and stable company. This is an excellent chance to have a highly visible, decision making position for a company whose principal interests lie in the technology industry.

The remit of this role is to manage the existing IT Support and Network services team (12-15 people) and ensure that the company’s core business objectives are met on time and are delivered to the highest possible standard.

A key element of this role will be to build the service delivery framework for the team to adhere to including the processes, policies and procedures; please ensure evidence of this is clearly defined on your CV.

The role will suit a confident IT Services Manager with clear vision and excellent experience blending strategy, man-management and technical skills. The successful candidate will have experience managing IT Support in a multi-site environment – ideally pan-European – and supporting several hundred users.

Working closely with the Head of Group Security the position is responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of the group’s infrastructure, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and practices.
You must also have experience managing significant budgets, setting goals and putting both short and long-term strategy into place.
